Operational Lead & Program Developer

Synbio Growth Engine, is a market development project supported by Business Finland. The aim of the growth engine is in orchestrating cross-industry operations on commercialising synthetic biology.

The project was conceived as a collaboration in between VTT and Vertical. Since the early phase of the project development, I was acting as a project lead on the side of Vertical and a key network coordinator.

Program Developer & Lead

Access for Future Movement, Solving access to healthcare, one challenge at a time. A4F matches innovative solutions from around the world to access to healthcare challenges in high-population low-income countries. Challenge mapping, piloting and scaling solutions is done in collaboration with global and local networks.

A4F was set up by Roche and powered by Vertical. I was responsible for development of the program end to end, staffing of the project, training the resources and onboarding the core set of countries to co-development process.

Offering Function Lead

In 2018 Vertical pivoted from being a startup accelerator to being an industry agnostic management consultancy on innovation and collaboration.

My role in this pivot was gradually shaping the offering portfolio of the company aligning it to the value-based demand of the market, while adjusting it to the realities of the boutique consultancy. I have been leading offering development for several years shaping the services and training staff to take over their deliver and development.
